Like so many African countries, Mozambique has a taste and flair of its own. Think the famous Piripiri Chicken, Pasteis de Nata's, friendly wide smiles, people walking with buckets on their heads, open expanses with nothing but grass and water, bombed buildings out of the war, yet a promise of a bright future, peace and happiness for all.
